These Terms of Service govern the contractual relationship between HUMAIN (the "Provider") and any company (the "Customer") subscribing to our services.
HUMAIN operates an AI teammate platform: AI agents pre-configured by role (coordination, marketing, sales, support, HR, legal, accounting) that the Customer can onboard individually or as a full Squad. Each AI teammate performs concrete actions in the Customer's tools — sending an email, updating a CRM, scheduling a meeting, drafting a deliverable — under the contractual supervision described below. The service is billed on a monthly per-teammate basis, with no minimum term and is cancellable at any time from the customer workspace.
By creating a SQUAD account, you acknowledge that you are not purchasing a traditional software product, but accessing a platform of autonomous AI agents. This distinction is crucial for understanding our mutual responsibilities: HUMAIN provides the infrastructure and intelligence; the Customer defines the objectives and retains ultimate responsibility for the actions executed.
Nature of the service
Service provision
SQUAD provides SaaS access to pre-trained, configured AI models ("Agents") to perform professional tasks.
Continuous evolution
Unlike static software, your AI teammates learn. The service includes continuous improvement of their cognitive capabilities.
Onboarding
Activation of an AI teammate ("onboarding") is immediate upon payment validation.
- Trial period: We may offer a limited trial period ("onboarding"). During this period, the AI teammates operate with restricted capabilities (rate limits).
- Configuration: The Customer is responsible for providing the initial context (documents, brand voice) needed for the AI teammate's performance.
Financial terms
Subscription model
Payment is made by automatic renewal on a monthly or annual basis.
Late payment
In the event of payment failure, AI teammates will be put on "pause" (suspended) after 3 business days of reminders.
Responsibilities & supervision
SQUAD provides a best-efforts obligation, not an obligation of result. While our AI teammates are high-performing, they can — like any teammate — make mistakes. The Customer remains solely responsible for the final validation of the work produced by its Agents before any external distribution or critical use.
Intellectual property
Who owns the work produced by the AI? It's simple: you do.
SQUAD assigns to the Customer all economic rights in any content (text, code, images, strategies) generated by the AI teammates under the subscription, from the moment of their creation.
Cancellation & termination
The contract has no minimum term (unless otherwise stated for Enterprise plans). You can cancel your subscription ("offboard your AI teammates") at any time from your dashboard. Access will be cut at the end of the current billing period. No data will be retained beyond 30 days after cancellation (right to erasure).
